Description:
A Split Ring is to provide a reliable and leak-free seal between two mating surfaces in a piston motor. It consists of a circular elastomeric ring, typically made of materials like rubber or silicone, with a specially designed split or gap along its circumference. The split in the ring allows for easy installation and removal without the need to disassemble the entire system. It can be easily stretched and slipped over the mating surfaces, where it effectively seals against fluid or gas leakage when compressed between the surfaces.
