An Alternator Lip Type Seal is a single-lipped precision part that creates a tight barrier between the rotating shaft of the alternator and the internal housing. Its primary function is to prevent lubricant oil from leaking out of the alternator while simultaneously keeping dirt, dust, and moisture from entering the internal workings.

Applications:
