A Torque Converter Impeller is an integral part of the torque converter assembly in automatic transmissions. It is used to transfer and multiply the torque generated by the engine to the transmission input shaft. The impeller is located within the torque converter housing and is directly connected to the engine crankshaft. As the engine rotates, the impeller also spins, creating fluid movement within the torque converter. This fluid movement, in turn, drives other components of the torque converter to transmit power to the transmission.
