A Lip-Type Seal is designed to provide a tight seal against the shaft and bearing on a Hydraulic Motor, creating a positive seal to prevent the loss of lubricant and maintain proper lubrication into the bearing which helps to reduce friction and prevent premature wear as well as its ability to withstand extreme temperatures, pressures and harsh environmental conditions.

Applications:
A Lip-Type Seal is used to prevent the ingress of contaminants from the interface between the bearing and the shaft on a Hydraulic Motor, mostly used inCat® 615, 615C, 623, 623B, 623E, J619, and J621 Scraper, 615C, 623, and 623E Wheel Tractor Scrapers.
