A Cylinder Lock Support Plate serves to support the cylinder lock mechanism in securing the operator cabin door or cover in the vandalism guard assembly. It is a flat steel plate that is attached to the cylinder lock assembly along with the help of fasteners. This plate ensures that the latch mechanism engages securely when the door or cover is closed. It is a sturdy plate with holes for mounting with the cylinder key latch.
