A Half Loop Clip consists of a metal or plastic half-loop that can be slipped over the wires or hoses and fastened in place with a screw, clamp, or other fastening mechanism. It is used to attach the hose or wires to a surface and helps to organize them. They also protect from vibration or abrasion, making them ideal for harsh environments.
Attributes:
• When used with the mating part, the Clip must be tight on 41.3mm Outer Diameter tubing when the legs of the clips are drawn together
• Provide a mounting slot to fit the fastener of size M14 or 1/2
Applications:
A Half Loop Clip is used to firmly secure the hydraulic hoses to a surface. The half-loop section of the clip fits over the hose and the mounting leg with a slot or hole is attached to the surface with the help of a fastener. This helps to mount the hose in its place and prevents loosening during operation.
