A Radiator Core is used to facilitate the transfer of heat from the Engine coolant to the surrounding air. It consists of a network of small tubes or channels interconnected by thin metal plates known as cooling fins. The Engine coolant flows through these tubes, while the cooling fins provide a large surface area for heat exchange. When the heated coolant passes through the Radiator Core, the large surface area of the fins allows for the effective transfer of thermal energy to the air.
Attributes:
• Maximum air pressure drop value of the Core is 0.20 KPa, which maintains consistent airflow and ensures optimal cooling performance
• The air flow rate and Water flow rate of the Radiator Core are 46.7 Kg/min and 96 L/min, which promotes efficient heat transfer
Applications:
A Radiator Core serves as a heat exchanger, thereby preventing the Engine from overheating and maintaining its proper operating temperature.
