A Transfer Gear Flange serves as a connection point between the transfer gear and other components within the powertrain unit, allowing for the transmission of torque and power. It is made from durable material such as steel and ensures proper alignment and engagement with the mating components for smooth and reliable operation.
Attributes:
• Accommodated with involute splines for secure connecting with the mating components
• Hardened to Rockwell C Scale hardness value of 59 HRC to increase the strength and impact resistance
• Provided with 8 mounting holes of thread size 3/8" for secure fastening connection
Applications:
