645-7524: Two Wire Braid High Pressure Hose Assembly

Cat hoses are designed to route liquids and gases through machine systems. These hoses are fabricated from superior materials to withstand application specific pressures, vibration tolerances, and flow requirements for Cat heavy-duty equipment. Cat hydraulic hose and couplings are subjected to the most rigorous testing processes in the industry. Every Cat hose and coupling combination is tested as a system to ensure a perfect fit that yields maximum safety and dependability.
The construction of the hose is made from an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube and two plies of braided wire reinforcement. The outer cover is oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber. A woven or braided ply of suitable material may be used over the tube and/or over the wire.
