Cat® Foam Insulation are used in Engine Compartment, just under the operator seat, for thermal insulation. It is also used for cushioning, vibration isolation, and sound absorption. It is generally used with a aluminum foil, having vapor barrier and acts as a flame retardant. Designed to excel in the demanding conditions of engine compartments, our Polyurethane Foam Insulation acts as a thermal barrier, effectively minimizing heat transfer and maintaining stable operating temperatures.
