Cat® Foam Insulation are used in Engine Compartment, just under the rear hood, for thermal insulation. It is also used for cushioning, vibration isolation, and sound absorption. Designed to excel in the demanding conditions of engine compartments, our Polyurethane Foam Insulation acts as a thermal barrier, effectively minimizing heat transfer and maintaining stable operating temperatures. This results in improved engine efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and extended component lifespan, contributing to overall efficiency of the machine. Crafted from high-quality polyurethane materials known for their exceptional insulating properties and durability, our insulation ensures resilience against the rigors of heavy-duty use. It has a Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) pre-applied on special release liners designed for quick and easy application of a neat, precise strip of dry adhesive.
