The Radiator Cowling is used to manage the airflow through the radiator. It features openings, ducts, and channels that guide the incoming atmospheric air to pass through the radiator core effectively. The cowling helps to create a high static pressure zone in front of the radiator, forcing air to flow through the cooling fins and dissipate heat efficiently by using of axial flow fan.
Attributes:
• Prevents cooling air leakage from sideways in the radiator
• Ensures that all the incoming air passes through the radiator core
Applications:
The Radiator Cowling helps to optimize the cooling efficiency of the radiator by directing airflow and preventing air leakage and static pressure and provides protection to the heat exchanger from external elements and ensures that the airflow is uniform, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent cooling.
