618-7182: Sealing Gasket

Cat® Gasket is a seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression. Gaskets use compression to provide a tight, leak free seal between mating parts. Cat® Gaskets are designed using the right combination of material and profile to deliver the performance you expect for your application. On one side it has a Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) pre-applied on special release liners designed for quick and easy application of a neat, precise strip of dry adhesive.

Application:
Cat® Gaskets are used for various application which include anti-vibration, noise and sound reduction, and most importantly for sealing. Consult your owner's manual or contact your local Cat® Dealer for more information.
