A Stick Cylinder Piston facilitates the controlled extension and retraction of the stick arm in a machine. The piston is a disc-shaped component that fits snugly within the cylinder barrel. It creates a tight seal against the inner surface of the barrel to separate the hydraulic fluid on one side from the fluid on the other. The piston features grooves to accommodate the seals to reduce the friction and wear between the piston and the cylinder barrel.
