614-2798: Duo Cone Seal Group

Description:
A duo cone seal like 614-2798 is a metal to metal facing seal which provides protection against intrusion of foreign particles. The Duo-Cone Seal consists of two metal seal rings and two rubber toric rings. The toric rings provide the proper pressure to both sides of the metal seal rings. Duo Cone Seals are designed to maintain an oil-tight seal during rotation in intense applications where misalignment may occur.
