Cat® Insulation are intended primarily for heat and fluid resistant covering for use in Cat® machines. May also be used for cushioning, sound absorption, vibration isolation, and thermal insulation. Generally used with a facing and/or backing. These thermal insulation and acoustical foam pieces are integrated into the design of Cat® heavy duty equipment to block and absorb heat. Cat® service parts offer simple repair and replacement of system components in Cat® Machines.
