An Air Conditioner Case serves as the housing that contains and protects the internal components of the air conditioning system. The evaporator coil, responsible for cooling the air, is located inside the case along with the blower fan. The condenser coil, compressor, and fan motor are housed in and attached to the case via refrigerant lines. The case also provides mounting points for electronic controls and sensors that regulate the operation of the air conditioner.
