A Lift Cylinder Rod is a smooth, hardened shaft that forms the central core of the lift cylinder. It connects the piston inside the cylinder to the bucket arm. The hydraulic pressure in the cylinder pushes or pulls on the rod, causing the bucket arm to raise or lower. The smooth surface of the rod helps minimize friction and allows for efficient movement within the cylinder.
