Cat® Foam Insulation are used just under the radiator, for thermal insulation. Designed to excel in the demanding conditions of radiator components, our Polyurethane Foam Insulation acts as a thermal barrier, effectively minimizing heat transfer and maintaining stable operating temperatures. This results in improved radiator efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and extended component lifespan, contributing to overall efficiency of the machine. Crafted from high-quality polyurethane materials known for their exceptional insulating properties and durability, our insulation ensures resilience against the rigors of heavy-duty use. It has a Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) pre-applied on special release liners designed for quick and easy application of a neat, precise strip of dry adhesive. Its robust construction not only withstands the harsh environments, but also offers long-lasting protection, minimizing heat-related wear and tear.

Application:
Cat® Foam Insulation are used in the counterweight, just below the radiator of Cat® Machine. Consult your owner's manual or contact your local Cat® Dealer for more information.
