Cat® Insulation are Intended primarily for sound absorption. May also be used for cushioning, vibration isolation, and thermal insulation. Generally used with a facing and/or backing. These sound suppression insulation and acoustical foam pieces are integrated into the design of Cat® equipment to block and absorb noise. Cat® liner/Insulation provides vibration isolation, thermal insulation and sound absorption in the Cat® equipment. It has a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) pre-applied on special release liners designed for quick and easy application of a neat, precise strip of dry adhesive.

Application:
Cat® Sound Suppression Insulation components are used in Cat® equipment to reduce machine operation noise to safe levels based on national and international standards. Quality you expect for your equipment. Consult your owner's manual or contact your local Cat® Dealer for more information.
