A Lip-Type Seal is designed to provide a tight seal against the shaft and bearing on a Water Pump, creating a positive seal to prevent the loss of lubricant and maintain proper lubrication into the bearing which helps to reduce friction and prevent premature wear as well as its ability to withstand extreme temperatures, pressures and harsh environmental conditions.
