592-8473: Hydraulic Oil Cooler Core

A Hydraulic Oil Cooler Core is used to effectively dissipate heat from hydraulic oil. The core consists of a network of tubes and fins, allowing the hydraulic oil to flow through the tubes while air passes over the fins. The combination of the square wave air fin type and lanced offset turbulator type maximizes heat dissipation, enabling the hydraulic oil to maintain optimal operating temperatures.

Attributes:
• Made of 6.4 square wave fins per inch core to provide efficient heat transfer without significantly restricting airflow
• Made of 11.3 fins per inch turbulator to promote better oil contact with the tube walls for improved cooling
• Provided with 3.5L of internal volume

Applications:
A Hydraulic Oil Cooler Core functions by transferring heat from the hydraulic oil to the surrounding air. As the hydraulic oil flows through the tubes of the core, heat is transferred to the fins to effectively dissipate heat, maintaining the hydraulic oil at the desired temperature.
