A Diesel Exhaust Fluid Module controls the injection of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) into the exhaust stream of a diesel engine. The module consists of a microprocessor, sensors, and actuators. The sensors monitor the engine's operating conditions, such as exhaust temperature and pressure, and the actuators control the flow of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to the exhaust system.
