A Bucket Cutting Edge Wear Plate is used to protect the bucket cutting edge from the abrasive and high-stress conditions it encounters during operation. To avoid replacing the bucket's cutting-edge, more expensive sections, the wear plate can be replaced when they wear out. It is attached to the cutting-edge segment of the bucket and is made of a hard, abrasion-resistant material to withstand the loads and stresses that are encountered in the assembly.

Attributes:
• Provided with a 6mm thick high-hardness chromium carbide weld overlay to resist deformation
• Hardened with Brinell hardness indentation depth of 2.6mm to withstand surface damage caused by external forces
• Helps absorb impacts from rocks, debris, or other hard materials encountered during digging or loading

Applications:
A Bucket Cutting Edge Wear Plate is used on top of the cutting edge of the bucket to protect the cutting edge from wear and tear which is the primary contact point with the ground or material being excavated.
