An Evaporator Coil is a heat exchanger that absorbs heat from the air passing through it. It is made of copper tubing with aluminum fins bonded to it. The fins increase the surface area of the coil, which allows it to absorb more heat. It works in conjunction with the compressor, condenser coil, and expansion valve to form a refrigeration system.

Applications:
