527-1712: Hydraulic Accumulator

Description:
A Hydraulic Accumulator consists of a fluid section and a gas section with the diaphragm acting as the gas-proof screen. The fluid section is connected to the hydraulic circuit so that the diaphragm accumulator draws in fluid when the pressure increases and the gas is compressed. and Maximum and minimum operating temperature is 80 °C to -30 °C.

• Maximum operating pressure is 8000 kPa.
• Charging medium is dry nitrogen
• Capacity of the vessel is 0.32 L.
• RAL9005 Black color painted.

Applications:
A Hydraulic Accumulator is used in low flow-rate hydraulic systems to store pressurized hydraulic fluid and release it as needed in order to maintain steady pump flow and pressure, mostly used in Cat HIN2021D and HIN2021E Wheel Loaders.
