A Compression Spring is designed as a helical spring that compresses when a force is applied and returns to its original shape when the force is removed. In the hydraulic lift control check valve, the compression spring is positioned in such a way that it exerts a force on the valve, keeping it in a closed position. When hydraulic pressure is applied, the force of the fluid overcomes the resistance of the spring, compressing it and allowing the valve to open, thus controlling the flow of hydraulic fluid.
