The Drive Axle Hub Magnetic plug is made to fit into the hub of a drive axle assembly. It functions similarly to a standard drain plug but incorporates a powerful magnet within its body. This magnet attracts and retains ferrous metal particles generated by normal wear and tear of gears, bearings, and other internal components within the hub. It is made from steel with a threaded section for screwing into the drain hole on the drive axle hub. It also features a socket head design for easy installation and removal with a wrench or socket.
