A Radiator Core is used to facilitate the transfer of heat from the engine coolant to the surrounding air. It consists of a series of small tubes or channels through which coolant flows, surrounded by a network of thin, flat fins. When the coolant enters the radiator core inlet header, it passes through the narrow tubes, heat is transferred from the coolant to the tube walls due to their close contact. The large surface area provided by the fins allows for enhanced heat dissipation, facilitating the transfer of heat from the tubes to the surrounding air.
Attributes:
• Provided with airflow and water flow values of 49.72 kg/min and 96 L/min, which indicates the amount of air and water flow inside the radiator cooler
• Withstands minimum water temperature to core at 88°C and minimum air temperature to core at 32°C
Applications:
A Radiator Core serves as a heat exchanger, dissipating excess heat generated by the engine during operation, thereby maintaining the engine's optimal temperature and ensuring efficient performance.
