The Bearing Cage Shim Pack helps to adjust spaces, alignment, and fitment between two surfaces or parts. Shims are employed to fine-tune the fitment of parts, compensating for slight variations in dimensions and achieving desired clearances. These shims are to be inserted between two components to adjust the clearance or alignment between them. It ensures precise positioning and reduces wear on components. The shim pack consists of 6 shims.

Attributes:
• Distribute loads evenly between mating surfaces, avoiding localized stress concentrations
• Ensure proper positioning and reduce vibration or noise
• Provide 8 mounting holes to fit the fastener of size 1/2"

Applications:
The Bearing Cage Shim Pack is used in the transfer gear case and placed with the bearing cage to seal the cage with the help of the fastener and the shim is used to achieve the desired fit and stack to achieve the required thickness or alignment.
