A Cable Strap, also known as a zip tie, is a type of fastener used for bundling and securing a collection of objects. It features a flexible band with a serrated section and a small ratchet mechanism at one end. The band surrounds the surface of the fastened object and is tightened using the ratchet mechanism. This allows the strap to be wrapped around a group of cables and securely fastened by inserting the pointed end into the head, creating a loop that cannot be undone without cutting the strap.
