A Dual Tube Saddle Clamp is used to secure two Hoses or Lines together in a fixed position in the Frame. It has a saddle that fits over a Block and a bolt or screws that tightens the saddle down onto the tubes holding them securely in a fixed place. They are often used in situations where it is not possible or desirable to mount the pipe directly to the surface, such as when the surface is uneven or irregular.
