Description:
Taper Roller bearings, often referred to as rolling-element bearings, are made to support a load while reducing friction, just like ball bearings. It is designed to transmit loads using cylinder rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts of the bearing. The differential taper roller bearing consists of an inner ring, outer ring, tapered rollers, and a cage that holds the rollers in place. The bearing is typically mounted between the differential carrier and the ring gear and allows the ring gear to rotate while still maintaining the proper mesh with the pinion gear.
