469-2724: Cat® ELC Premix

Cat® ELI incorporates the same advanced corrosion protection formula technology as Cat ELC but without glycol.

Attributes:
Lowers maintenance costs by eliminating the need for supplemental coolant additives, extends coolant change-out intervals, and reduces disposal requirements for applications where freeze protection is not required (ambient temperatures above 0° C).

Recommended Applications:
For use in generator sets, industrial engines, and marine engines that do not require freeze protection (ambient temperatures above 0° C). Do not add water to dilute.

Special Requirements:
Cat diesel engines equipped with air-to-air aftercooling (ATAAC) or Cat C7-C32 marine engines with engine-mounted heat exchangers and raw water aftercoolers (SWAC(2)) Special Requirement: a minimum of 30% Glycol is required. 50% Glycol is recommended. Water alone or water with SCA or with ELI is NOT allowed.
