An Exhaust Heat Shield protects surrounding components and the machine from the intense heat generated by the Exhaust Manifold. The Heat Shield acts as a barrier, preventing the transfer of excessive heat to the components, and reducing the risk of damage or malfunction. The Shield is attached to the manifold using fasteners to ensure proper alignment and clearance to avoid any contact with the manifold or other components.
Attributes:
• Provided with maximum thermal conductivity (K) of 0.2 W/(m·K) at a temperature of 810.93 K and Density of 136-184 kg/m³ for efficient thermal insulation
• Protect from heat damage caused by the high temperatures
