An Axle Housing Tube Expander operates based on the principle of controlled hydraulic pressure to expand axle housing tubes. The tool consists of a hydraulic cylinder and a set of expanding mandrels that fit inside the tube. By applying hydraulic pressure to the cylinder, the expanding mandrels push against the inner walls of the tube, gradually expanding it to the desired diameter.
