The Solenoid Valve is responsible for controlling the flow of brake fluid between the accumulator and the brake lines. In the de-energized state, a spring holds the valve plunger firmly against the valve seat, preventing fluid flow. When the solenoid coil is energized, the magnetic field pulls the plunger off the seat, opening the valve.
