A Pressure Reducing Regulator is designed to control and regulate the output pressure of compressed air from an Air Compressor. It achieves this by adjusting the flow of air through a valve mechanism based on the position of a diaphragm unit and the tension of an associated spring. When the output pressure exceeds the desired level, the Regulator reduces the valve opening to limit airflow and maintain the set pressure. Conversely, if the output pressure drops below the desired level, the Regulator increases the valve opening to allow more air and maintain the specified pressure.
