A Return Compression Spring is responsible for providing the necessary force to return the main Stem of the Control Valve to its default or neutral position after it has been actuated. Its design incorporates a coiled Spring structure, which allows for efficient energy storage and release. When the Control Valve is actuated, the Main Stem moves to a different position, altering the flow of Hydraulic fluid. Once the actuation force is removed, the Main Stem Return Spring exerts an opposing force, pulling the Main Stem back to its original position.
Attributes:
• Coils direction in the Return Spring is right-hand side, which provides enhanced stability to the Valve unit
• Withstand high pressure and temperature conditions
Applications:
A Return Compression Spring is used to maintain the proper functioning and positioning of the Valve, ensuring smooth operation and accurate control of fluid flow.
