The Connector Plug Interface Seal is a sealing solution used to be installed in the electrical connector plugs. It creates a tight and consistent seal around the individual pin contacts within the electrical connector plug. This seal prevents the ingress of moisture, debris, and other contaminants, protecting the sensitive electrical connections from environmental exposure and ensuring the integrity of the electrical unit.
Attributes:
• Helps to mitigate the risks of electrical shorts, arcing, or other potential safety hazards
• Needs to be lubricated with a phenyl-based lubricant to ensure optimal sealing performance
• Withstand the high temperatures, vibrations, and mechanical stresses encountered during operation
Applications:
