A Vibratory Control Check Valve is used to allow hydraulic fluid to flow in only one direction while preventing reverse flow within the vibratory control unit. It consists of a valve body, a movable check element, and a spring mechanism. The spring mechanism provides the necessary force to keep the check element in the closed position when the pressure on the outlet side is higher than the inlet side. The primary purpose is to automatically open and close in response to the pressure and flow direction of the fluid passing through it.
