A Fuel Lines Mount Plate serves the purpose of securely attaching and supporting the fuel lines onto the mounting surface on the machine's upper frame. This assembly consists of an angle, weld-on boss, plates, and weld nuts that are welded together to support the mounting of the fuel lines assembly. It ensures the stability and proper alignment of the fuel lines which are held in place with the help of fasteners.
Attributes:
• Provided with 4 weld nuts to fit the fastener of size M10
• Distributes loads and reduces stress concentrations to increase the overall structural strength
Applications:
A Fuel Lines Mount Plate is used to hold and secure the fuel lines on the upper frame, supporting the hose connections with the filter in the fuel lines, preventing excessive movement or vibration.
