An Exhaust Heat Shield is used to protect the nearby components of the Engine from heat generated by the Exhaust gases. The Heat Shield helps to improve engine performance by reducing heat soak. Heat Soak occurs when the Engine components absorb heat from the Exhaust gases. The Shield is securely attached to the Exhaust using fasteners to ensure that the shield remains in place preventing any misalignments.

• Helps in maintaining an optimal thermal environment and prevents overheating
• Provided with maximum thermal conductivity (K) of 0.132 W/(m·K) at a temperature of 810 K and Outer Thickness and Inner Thickness of 0.127mm insulation for effective thermal insulation
