A Lip Seal is used to provide a tight seal against the sleeve bearing in the rod head of a hydraulic cylinder, creating a positive seal to prevent the loss of lubricant and maintain proper lubrication into the sleeve bearing on a hydraulic cylinder, which helps to reduce friction and prevent premature wear as well as its ability to withstand extreme temperatures.

Applications:
