An Aftercooler Core is designed for efficiently cooling compressed air from the turbocharger before it enters the engine. This cooling process increases air density, ensuring a higher concentration of oxygen molecules for combustion, thus optimizing engine performance. As compressed air passes through the aftercooler core, it exchanges heat with a water-based coolant circulating within the core's tubes, dissipating excess heat generated during compression. This cooled air then enters the engine's intake manifold, allowing for more aggressive ignition timing, helps prevent engine overheating, and improves throttle response.
