The Fuel Cooler Core consists of a network of small tubes through which the fuel flows. The fuel cooler core functions by dissipating excess heat generated within the fuel system during operation. As the fuel circulates through the core, it comes into contact with the surfaces of the tubes, and heat is transferred from the fuel to the surrounding coolant.
Attributes:
• Allowing to utilize the existing flow of coolant for heat dissipation.
• Allow fuel to flow through the core while maintaining a continuous circulation of coolant.
• Maximize the surface area available for heat exchange.
• Estimated volume is 0.34 Liters.
Applications:
The Fuel Cooler Core regulates the temperature of the fuel in internal combustion engines by maintaining the fuel at an optimal temperature.
