The Hose Reel Spring is a helical torsion spring utilized within a hose reel assembly for tensioning and retraction of the washdown hose. One end of the spring is attached to the drum of the hose reel, while the other end is connected to a retraction mechanism. When the hose is pulled out for use, the spring unwinds and stores potential energy. As the user releases the hose, the stored energy in the spring causes it to rewind, neatly coiling the hose back onto the reel.

• Ensures the hose remains secured on the reel, preventing trip hazards or accidental hose whipping
