A Stator Carrier serves as the housing and mounting point for the stator unit. The stator consists of a set of vanes or blades mounted within the stator carrier. By controlling the direction and velocity of fluid flow, the stator helps to multiply torque output from the torque converter during low-speed and high-load conditions. This torque multiplication improves the machine's acceleration and performance.
