A Crankshaft Counterweight to balance the rotating assembly and minimize vibrations, ensuring smooth engine operation. It is integrated into the crankshaft itself, positioned opposite the crank throws to offset the mass of the pistons, connecting rods, and other reciprocating parts. As the pistons move up and down, the counterweights rotate in the opposite direction, effectively balancing the inertial forces and minimizing the tendency for the crankshaft to vibrate or deflect.
