An Engine Mount Shim is a thin, flat piece of steel placed between the engine mount and the machine chassis. It is used to adjust the height or alignment of the engine about the machine's frame or body. Applications:
An Engine Mount Shim is inserted between the engine mount and the engine block or chassis mounting point to achieve millimeter-perfect positioning. By placing shims between the engine mount and the chassis, the engine's position can be raised or lowered as needed to achieve the correct alignment.
